  1. Are your cigars made in Europe or China?  No.  All of our products are genuine and are manufactured for the US market only.
  2. How can you sell cigars and other tobacco products so cheap?  We are a wholly owned Native American company.  We are located on sovereign land within Seneca Nation Territory and as such, we retain all rights of a sovereign nation.  Only federal excise tax is included, so the price you see is the price you pay.
  3. Is mail order legal?  Yes, but you must be 21 years or older and your order must ship to the address listed on your account.
  4. How do I place an order?  You can email or call in your order to our qualified sales staff.  You can also mail a detailed note along with your payment.
  5. What payment methods do you accept?  We currently accept check or money order made payble to: Black Bear Smoke Shop.
  6. How soon will I receive my order?  Once your payment clears, your order ships out the same day.  Orders typically arrive 3-5 days after shipping.
  7. Are your products fresh?  Yes.  We receive new inventory several times each week, so your products are always fresh.
  8. I don't see my brand listed?  We carry most common brands.  Please indicate exactly which ones you want in your order.
  9. What are the tax obligations in my state?  Please check your with your state's tax department for applicable taxes.
  10. Is my personal information safe?  Yes.  We do not share your information with any other company or agency.
  11. What is your minimum purchase order?  We have a 1 cigar box or 2 carton minimum order.  All orders over $500 are automatically insured.
  12. Can my order be shipped anywhere?  No.  We can only ship to the address listed on your ID.  We cannot ship to a P.O. Box and we do not ship outside the US.
  13. What is your exchange policy?  Your complete satisfaction is our primary concern.  You have 10 days to return unopened boxes for exchange.  The customer is responsible for shipping, unless the error was our fault.
  14. Can I receive an order confirmation?  Yes.  Simply include your email address when placing your order and we will notify you when the products are shipped.
  15. What is your paper check policy?  All returned checks will be assesed a $25 fee.
  16. Do you accept manufacturer's coupons?  No.  We do offer discounts through our referral program however.
